Fri Oct 26th - Review and Analyse the F/G test we sat on Wednesday

LEARNING OBJECTIVE: To Analyse and review the questions and topics in the D1 grade F/G test

SUCCESS CRITERIA: You will understand what the answers to the questions were in the test, you will know which topics you need to do some more work on, you will gain a higher grade at the end of term test in December

LESSON: HAnd back marked tests and give students 5/10 mins to look at results / talk about answers and share results with each other.

For rest of lesson we will work through the questions one by one, looking at model answers. Students will make  copies of model answers using purple pens and then attempt some further questions on each topic that I will set on IWB

Students to be tested using D1 - Level G/F test.in exam conditions

Mon 22nd OCt - Review of Toolkit Topics

LEARNING OBJECTIVE: TO Revise all 10 toolkit topics quickly before test in Period 3

LEARNING OBJECTIVE: Discover the process of dividing one number vy another using the bus stop method
SUCCESS CRITERIA: You will be able to divide any 3 or 5 digit number by a single digit. So of you wqill be able to divide and 3 or 4 digit number by a two digit number

Fri Oct 5th - Divsion by Chunking

LEARNING OBJECTIVE: Revise Times tables and dividing by a single digit number

SUCCESS CRITERIA: You will know all your times table sand be able to divide a 2 or 3 digit number by a single digit.

ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITY: Hand out the times table lists and students have to complete all the times tables

LESSON: Seven times table, Eight TImes Table
Use above three lessons to try and get 7,8's and 9's times table into students heads.

Students who are confident can move straight onto the worksheets
